We do not charge for mortgage and protection advice. We charge an administrative and broker fee for processing each mortgage contract; these fees apply only when you proceed with an application. Our fees are £195 at application and £600 upon completion for purchases. Our fees are £195 at application and £300 upon completion for remortgages. There is no fee for arranging protection products.
